Anxiety Depression - the two are related


probably the most basic of all emotions. Their target is not a specific age group rather everybody comes in their trap very often.

Anxiety, if read as AN-X-IETY will refer to the emotion of the X-day. It is not only found in humans but also experienced by all species of animals and birds. It is thought to be a normal occurrence but might become a disorder. A certain amount of anxiety is experienced daily. Its intensity might vary from situation to situation.

Something difficult to snap yourself out from. Scientifically speaking, it is caused by an imbalance of the brain chemicals. But practically the disorder finds its origin and end in the thoughts and incidents pasteurized and reflected upon by the brain. Causes of depression-
Depression can be inherited from a family member. It has been noted that serious depression can flow form generation. Apart from that major depression problems are because of the Mal-functioning and the mal-structure of the brain. Keeping this in mind, we should not forget that 'according to a survey in America a person who has never not experienced these two emotions is abnormal'. Strange but, True.

You might at times feel like crying, moaning and a lot frustrated. You feel like running away from the situation, well you just entered the depression world. The way to face it is to 'Fight it out'. Staying with people optimistic people can change your outlook.

Anxiety, depression, stress, frustration-seem big problems? But the truth is that they are only big words in ones dictionary, which have to occur. They have to be read. But then not to forget that there are other words like solution, strong, positive, fight and so on. All to conclude is that medicines might heel but time is the best healer.
