Symptoms of panic disorders:

When does the panic disorder begin?
Panic attacks are rare among children of very young age. They begin to appear during adolescence and can go on till death. They become most common during the maintenance period. The maintenance period in one's life begins at the age of 35 and it lasts till about 50 years of age.
However researchers have discovered that women are most prone to panic attacks because they constantly experience stress. They are therefore twice more likely to undergo panic attacks than men.
Some researchers believe that the ultimate cause of panic attacks is genetic inheritance.

What causes panic disorder?
The most likely reason for panic attacks to occur recurrently is the built up stress. However there are many explanations to their constant appearances.

Medication: sometime people get addicted to prescription drugs which leads to traumatic circumstances some people can also develop allergies toward the drugs prescribed that can lead to adverse conditions.
Education: young adolescents undergo tremendous amounts of stress because of elements associated with education, such as exams, career, appropriate acquisition of knowledge etc.

Treatment:
Treatment is available to overcome this disorder. One has to identify the problem and take measures to avoid any progress of the problem.
Medication: treatment can be done through medication. Anti depressants can be given to the individual since anxiety is very often an outcome of depression.
Counseling: since the mind is where the root of this disorder is, it can be manipulated and extracted
Cognitive-behavioral therapy: the therapist can help the patient to overcome the problem by making him think in the right direction. He can make him think about pleasant things, through relaxation and yoga.
